Yesterday was the first day I didn't post something. I didn't work out until 9pm and went to bed earlier than usual, so I suppose that explains it. All I did were my 8-minute abs and arms anyway. Oh, well.
Today is a big day. Not only am I supposed to run two 3/4-miles tonight, but there are big changes happening at my job. In October I was pulled out of customer service to work on a special project. Circumstances that are out of my control have resulted in my return to CS. I'm so thankful to have a job that pays well, gives me good hours so I can be with my family and do ministry, and affords me some good friends and colleagues. But, the adjustment back into that environment is going to be difficult, I think. Lots to catch up on! It'll be nice to see some old, familiar faces, though.
I'll let you know how things go with the run tonight. I hope it doesn't rain.
Oh, and Sam is loving Arizona!
