No running today. I did 8-minute abs and arms with my Claire-bear, though. And I honestly felt a difference. I was able to do my push-throughs pretty easily, which really pumped me up. Until I looked at my gut. Dangit. I know my abs are under there, but it sucks that it's going to take so long to lose the fat. Oh, well. It's a process.
Tomorrow I'm going to have my annual physical. Should be interesting. I'm also going to ask if I have exercise induced asthma. Or if I'm so out of breath simply because I'm overweight. I kinda hope that's the case. I'll give a full report tomorrow, to be sure.
Last night I was going to go to bed early. Instead, I tossed and turned from 10:30 to midnight. Neat! So, I went downstairs and fell asleep on the couch. Fun! Tonight I'm going to try and actually go to bed early. Terrific!
