Yesterday I took the day off. I decided to do this while watching the All-Star game...and realizing I had done nothing active during the day. It wasn't a running day anyway, so it's fine. Plus, my body probably needed it.
Today, on the other hand, is a running day. A hard one, too. Tonight a couple of our friends are coming over and Julie and I are going to go run at the track together! Our first run together as husband and wife. She has only run on the treadmill, so she's apprehensive of how it will be outside. And my legs are still sore from Monday, so I'm worried I won't be able to complete the circuit. Fun!
I'm sure it'll be fun, though. I mean, I'll make it fun. I'll sing "Eye of the Tiger" the whole time if I have to. Have to? What am I saying?? That's a great idea!
Risin' up, back on the street, did my time - took my chaaancees...
