Huge change from Saturday’s run. If I did everything in my power to sabotage that run, I did everything I could to make this one great.
Everything felt good. Finished in about 27 minutes. The SYSK podcast was entertaining, in a conspiracy-theory kind of way.
I do miss the Hamm’s can, though.
The last couple of days since my nasty run, I’ve only been slightly active. I did the standard abs and arms workouts, but that was it. I think I’m at a point weight-wise that I need to be more focused in my workouts. They need to be more intense and maybe a little longer. This belly fat is still making me frustrated.
So…I’ll write again later today to tell about Sam’s Barbershop.
